Through our admissions process, we ensure that:

• Every student admitted is one we can support to truly thrive
• Every family understands and aligns with Prodigy’s expectations and culture
• Every partnership between home and school begins with clarity, trust, and shared purpose

Step 1: Submit an Online Application

All families begin by completing our online application form.

This helps us understand:

• Your child’s background, strengths, and areas for growth
• Their interests, activities, and overall development
• Any support they may need
• Your expectations as a family

Once submitted, our admissions team carefully reviews the application to better understand your child, determine alignment with the Prodigy approach, and confirm availability.

Step 2: Application Review & Invitation

Following review, families will receive one of the following:

• An invitation to proceed to the next stage
• Placement on a waitlist (if a class is currently full)
• Guidance on next steps where additional information is needed

As part of the review process, families provide previous learning records (such as reports or portfolios), where available, along with any other relevant information that helps us better understand and support the child.

Step 3: Family Conversation

Families are invited for a conversation with our admissions team, either online or in person.

This is an important step where we:

• Get to know your child more personally and better understand their needs, goals, and interests
• Confirm alignment with Prodigy’s values and approach
• Clarify expectations for the parent–school partnership

At Prodigy, we believe children thrive best when schools and families work together with shared purpose.

Step 4: Admissions Decision

Admissions decisions are made thoughtfully and holistically, based on:

• Application insights and supporting information
• Alignment with our values and approach
• Class availability
• Our ability to support the student well

Families will receive one of the following outcomes:

• Offer of Admission
• Conditional Offer
• Waitlist
• Unsuccessful Application

To maintain quality and individualized support, spaces are limited.

Step 5: Enrollment 

Families who accept an offer complete enrollment by:

• Paying the admission fee
• Submitting required documentation
• Signing the Family–School Partnership Agreement

Enrollment confirms your child’s place within the Prodigy community.

Step 6: Orientation and Student Discovery 

Following enrollment, students and families participate in an orientation process designed to support a smooth and confident transition into the Prodigy experience.

As part of this process, we begin building a deeper understanding of how each student learns, develops, and thrives so we can lay a strong foundation for personalized learning and holistic development from the very beginning.
